Is the house reserved exclusively for our team?
Yes. You rent the entire house for your exclusive use. Individual rooms are not rented to other groups at the same time.
How does an enquiry work?
Tell us your arrival, departure and number of guests. We check availability and send an offer with the total price, booking terms and payment conditions. An enquiry becomes a booking only upon our personal confirmation.
What should we know about the bathrooms?
The large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet is on the first floor. The attic shower room with toilet can only be accessed through the bedroom with timber beams. There is also a ground-floor guest toilet. The laundry room is behind the large bathroom and accessed through it.
Are there stairs and sloping ceilings?
Yes. The house spans three floors connected by stairs. Two bedrooms and the smaller shower room are in the attic with sloping ceilings.
Can nine or ten guests stay?
By prior arrangement, we can offer an extra sleeping place on the large living-room sofa plus a foldaway bed. Suitability and the total price are agreed individually. There are normally eight single beds in four bedrooms.
Are towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi included?
Yes, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
Can we use Netflix and other streaming apps?
The TVs in the living room and largest bedroom have Fire TV Sticks. Streaming services may require your own accounts and subscriptions. Please log out before departure.
How do payment and key handover work?
Payment is by bank transfer. Bank details and the payment deadline are provided with your booking documents. Late arrival is possible by prior arrangement. Keys will then be handed over via a key safe.
Can one, two or three guests book too?
Yes. Smaller teams also book the whole house exclusively. For one to four guests, the minimum is €120 per night. For five or more guests, the rate is €30 per person per night. Minimum stay: four nights. One-off final cleaning fee: €100 per stay.
